Refund, Rescheduling, & Cancellation Policy
*1 customer absence for every 10 sessions in a package can be prorated off of your first payment or a future payment for the price of the original absences. No pro-rating, rescheduling, or credit transfers for any other customer absences. No refunds for customer absences. No refunds for small group packages.
*Consecutive sessions are scheduled for every week other than scheduled off days.
*Additional cancellations by staff will be rescheduled.
